We will be attending 2 bazaars for the month of March, the PIFBEX 2009 (Philippine International Food & Beverage Expo) at World Trade Center in Pasay City on March 5-7, 2009 and the MEGA SUMMER EXPO at Megatrade Hall 2, Level 5 Mega B, SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City on March 26-31.
A new feature at our stores, the Wholesale Corner, is now fully implemented in all of our stores. For our high volume buyers, this will be a good chance to purchase your supplies with volume discounts and/or in bulk sizes!
We will also be implementing a weekly baking demonstration schedule at all our stores, where we will feature our staff and a constantly revolving set of recipes every week at all of our stores. We are expecting to implement this schedule every Friday, from 3-6pm. Please note that times, dates, and availability are subject to changes as we hammer out the details and choose more efficient times to offer the demonstrations.
**UPDATES 3/12/09** We will be adjusting the date and time for our weekly demonstrations to Saturdays from 2-4pm, at all stores. This is to take advantage of better availability for many potential attendees of the demonstrations. If you have any suggestions or feel that this time is not good and want to suggest an alternate time, feel free to let us know!
**UPDATES 3/18/09** After having our first Baking Demo session inside all our stores and some feedback from customers who participated, we will explore a bi-weekly schedule on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 4-6pm. This new time slot will supersede the 3/12/09 update's time slot. We also have a poll up on the right hand side, vote for the day that is most convenient for you!

How do we sign-up for the Baking Demo?
So far there are no plans for a Bakers Depot Club yet, but when we do put one up it will be announced on the front page.
To sign up for the Baking Demos held at the stores, you just simply go there at any location at the day/time specified in the updates. However, first make sure to double check here at the Bakers Depot webpage, since we're still adjusting the day/time combination that is good for most people.
I've been looking for baking supplies and found Bakers Depot on the website. I was lucky to come to the Monumento branch as they have a product demo that saturday afternoon and its for FREE. It helps a lot, I'm planning to sell chocolates and I have learned how to make Crispy Marshmallow and it turned out that my friends love it too. So I must say you can see my face every demo schedule.
Have learned that you have a branch in Starmall, the place is more convenient for me. Is your Galeria branch now open?

We haven't opened Robinsons Galleria yet, we're looking into opening it this weekend at earliest if all paperworks/permits go through.
We may end up opening in April, which would be a more realistic date.
Our product demos will be on rotating basis, so next week will be a different recipe for all the stores! :) :) :)
